Hola, Happy Hump Day. Wow. Earthing, regrowing my beard. If you guys can see I’m getting a little gnarly up here. I decided after 15 years, I want to give it another shot, so we’ll see how it looks. So Eli was introduced to earthing from his brother and sister in law. They had their sheet, and after I heard them talking about the benefits for two weeks, I had to have one. So I’ve been using mine for two weeks now, and you put it underneath your primary sheet, you got to have cotton sheets or bamboo. And I’m telling you guys, it’s blowing me away. Let me just explain what I’m noticing in two weeks. Back aches gone. No need to go the chiropractor. Blood Pressure average down seven points already. I was checking it last week when I was off three times a day and it was down below where it normally is, about seven points. My sleep is so deep. My dreams are vivid, real trippy. I had two last night. It’s like, holy cow. It was like, I was like, in a different reality, my alarm is waking me up. I don’t need my afternoon siestas. The aches and pains from the inflammation is gone. Let’s see what else can’t grow my bald spot back. I’m waiting for that. Well, those are just some of the things I’m noticing. After two weeks, my niece Bridget got hers last week, and she’s noticing deeper sleep and dreaming like a banshee, like I am, because when you get into that delta brainwave, when you sleep, that’s where the dreams are going to happen. Most people are teetering. They don’t spend enough time at Delta, and so during the afternoon, if I got a long day like today, instead of coming home to take a nap, I just lay on my sheet. I bought a pillowcase too, and I just meditate for about 40 minutes, and it’s like, boom, let’s go. So meditation is helping them, but I know the sheets are too. It is amazing. I’m reading the book earthing, from the earthing.com people all the research they’ve done. Clint over his work of discovering this and his journey was really interesting how nobody believed what he was talking about. He was a, excuse me, a cable guy, but he knew about grounding, because the cable is all about grounding. So he started digging, doing research, and when it let up and people started to listen after a long time, you know, he’s got a lot of doors shut on him. So thank you, Clem, for being so motivated to help us, all of us. A friend of mine is only 31 and he was already talking about inflammation. I said, get an Earthing Sheet. There’s lots of things it works on, but inflammation is the primary one, because when you lay on Mother Earth, you’re getting shot with electrodes that re rebalances our electrical system in our body, including our hearts. We’re I’m not on her a lot. I know about you guys that if I am, I got sandals or shoes on so we’re not on the earth a lot. You know, remember, we used to sleep on the earth and walk barefoot on the earth. In the book, they have this chart where they show inflammation just keeps going up in our country because we’re not being earthed enough. I’ve drank the Kool Aid, so I’ll I’ll admit that, but I’m telling you what I’ve noticed already, what my brother’s noticed his sister in law’s got rheumatoid arthritis really bad. That’s improved a lot. I don’t even know she struggles with it anymore. So you just lay there, go to bed. There’s no magic to it. You plug it into the outlet, the grounding outlet, not the other two. And the grounding they send you gadgets. That’s why there’s you can buy this stuff on Amazon and other places. But I liked because they did the research and they sent you two gadgets. One is to make sure your outlet is grounded, and the other one’s like a Geiger counter. So when you put it on, you put it over the sheet, and if it turns stays green, that means it’s grounded. That’s how I tested my pillowcase. I bought one for my friend Stephanie for her birthday, because she’s sorry. Loud trucks going by. She struggles with an inflammation disorder, and I can’t wait for her to start using it diabetes. It improves blood pressure, heart problems. It aches and pains. It’s amazing. But when you understand the science to it, and I’m a bit of a science geek, a research geek, you got to show me, you know, you can’t tell me this works. Show me the research that it works okay? And they’ve shown me the research. I’m halfway through the book. They’re reading a lot of different personal stories of doctors with their patients have noticed Tour de France. They use them for the guys on the bikes. And when they got done with their rough ride during the day, they would come and lay on it, and within a half hour, they’re getting rejuvenated. That’s why, if you’re out working in the yard and getting really achy, and when you’re done, go lay on it for half hour, and it speeds the recovery up. They’ve shown pictures of for diabetics with these wounds that wouldn’t heal. And after three or four days, you can start to see the healing process already started. The body knows what to do. Because of inflammation, our diets, different things like that. It gives out, okay, but it really works. So I just had to, I wanted to do a little talk on this. I’m new to earthing, grounding, work and that. But holy cow, what I’m noticing this, this 73 year old body. It’s amazing my energy. I’m staying up later at night. I can’t go to bed as early. I don’t need to go to bed as early because you’re getting that deep REM sleep that we miss because the stress works on cortisol levels for the stress hormones of our busy lives in that it just goes on and on, folks. So if you trust Eli, and I’m not marketing here. I’m not, you know, making a dime from doing this talk. All my clients are hearing about we started our sessions with it. I say, check this out, guys. I’m from Missouri. To show me. Say I’m kidding with that, but you got to show me. Boy, has it shown me a difference? I feel like I’m probably in my 30s again, my body, the aches and pains in that and it’s easy, like I said, you just lay on and go to bed or take it to work. You can buy a little mat if you work in a desk and that, take off your shoes, plug it in, and you’re being grounded all day, because that thing behind me, that earth is full of energy, but we don’t get to be on a lot. You know, even our houses were above the Earth. Okay, we’re not honored enough, and it just makes so much sense. So want to share that two other things. I shared an amazing video. I forgot the gentleman’s name yesterday on the ELI page, one of my clients sent it to me. It’s about the masculine and feminine essence of what happens when it’s unbalanced in a relationship. So it’s only about a minute and a half. I think it was Tiktok. So check that out. It was really hallucinating for me. And psychodrama this weekend and August 4 and August 11 and oh my gosh, this one’s going to be epic. I was off last week, so I had some extra time to come up with some real creative vignettes to do once to help them deal with their goals and what they want to accomplish.
