Hola Happy Monday, and Eli’s got the week off, yay. I don’t know if you guys know this, but I work five weeks in a row. You know, seven days a week, not a lot, not like I’m killing myself, but I love what I do so much. Then I take the six week off. So this is my week to kind of recharge, do another talk. I didn’t get a chance to do a talk last week. I’m actually going to do another Kabbalah class here, probably tomorrow or the next day. But yeah, yeah. So I’ve been really reflecting on something lately, and I wanted to talk about this today to see what you guys think being in a body is hard. You know it’s like, I know I got this soul in here. I know I got this consciousness. But then when you come into this physical reality from the spiritual realm, you get put in this body. And I saw a wonderful quote yesterday by Rabbi Freeman. I’m going to share with you guys here in a second. But one of the things I’ve noticed is, as I’ve gotten older, you know, things start breaking down. I read something recently say we get put in a body that’s decaying, and boy, that’s that’s life, but that’s the way it is here. Now it wasn’t always like that, and we’ll get into this. You know the fall of Adam, and you know how we all got in these bodies and what happened? But I want to share this quote So Rabbi Freeman says, here you are on earth, a divine soul that has infiltrated across the boundary of worlds, compressed itself into a body of meat, meat and blood, wrestling each day with the biochemistry of an upright animal, struggling to bring some light into a cold and dark world, to squeeze even a single moment of pure goodness out of the beast, the body. Now, when I read that a couple of days ago, I actually shared that, for those that could get it, look at the seven deadly sins. It’s all related to the body, greed, lust, pride, everything’s tied to this damn body. And again, before you go mashugana on me. The body is pure, okay, but it’s also a pain in the butt, because it has it wants pleasure, it has needs. You know, I want to eat all this stuff. I want to lust. You know, I work with people that get caught up into pornography. They wouldn’t be into pornography if their dopamine levels in this brain, this physical brain, wasn’t stimulated, none of these sins would exist if we weren’t embodied. You know, you gotta clean it, you gotta feed it, you gotta fly it places. You gotta drive it places. Imagine what pure consciousness would be without having to carry this anchor around. So recently, I started reading a book that I read about eight years ago by Anita morjani. It’s called Dying to be me. I highly recommend that book. So Marjani had a near death experience. She was on her deathbed from lymphatic cancer, and she had this amazing near death experience, which she really explains in the book beautifully. Her awareness is in that. And she was given a choice. You could either keep moving forward, go back to the spiritual realm, or come back in your body. Well, I think she was only like 2627 and she was married that she decided to come back into the 3d realm. But within five or six weeks, all her cancer was gone, and what she learned is, and that’s what’s going to happen to all of us when we leave these bodies. My Rabbi Joel used to say, we’re going to laugh at ourselves because we get out of this, all this stuff we worry about, we obsess about, we we’re concerned about, it’s all tied into this when we, like Anita, found out when she was in that spiritual realm, there was nothing but love and peace and connectedness. And it should be here. We should be creating heaven on earth, but it’s hard. And that’s what he said, If you what is it? If you can squeeze out, what did he say, struggling to squeeze out even a single moment of pure goodness, out of this beast, we’re blessed. So what people don’t realize, and I’ll be talking about this in the Kabbalah classes, Adam and Eve were homo Spiritus. They were not physical beings. It was only after the fall that they fell into form, and back then, people were living a long time, you know, 900 years. What the Creator saw. There was a problem if you’re going to be around 900 years. Dollars and you’re doing goodness, yeah, keep going. But there were so many people that fell into traps with his body, and they were really not doing their job. So having them around for 900 years could cause a lot of devastation. So at some point, it was decided to give us 100 years. So he dropped down from no bodies to 900 years to to 100 years, if we’re lucky, okay, and stay healthy in that but because of the fall, this happened, we were never meant to be here. This is what Rabbi Joel would call the cosmic graveyard. So once we get into these bodies, life becomes complicated, the urges, the cravings. I want this, the addictions, you know, look at the addiction problem that I see. I it just goes on and on and on. You know, the obesity problem, from gluttony, all these seven deadly sins in that. But it’s not us see. That’s the thing we have to realize we have to train the son of a gun. You know, I just finished chapter 45 when I was talking about Joe Dispenza work about your state of being. This is like our pet. We should train it like a dog. Get it to do what we wanted to do, instead of fighting against us. You know, urges, cravings, this battle that goes on between the angel and the devil inside it feels like doesn’t it, but because of it, because we don’t train it, we don’t understand it, it takes over, and it gets us into all kinds of situations, bad relationships, addictions, you know, obesity, all kinds of things. This thing should be our help me not our masters, as I’ve heard from different rabbis talk about it. But I want to just reflect on this thought that I’ve been processing the last few weeks, how and then reading anita’s book, her experience. So it’s really cool. Get a chance to pick it up in some paperback. It’s cheap. That how we forgot who we really are. And part of the amnesia, I think a big part of the amnesia comes from we get stuck in these bodies. We go into survival mode. It’s every man or woman for themselves. We forget we’re all interconnected. You are me and I am you. And you know how all that goes but if we can rise above it, you know, Jeff Brown, the author, talks about becoming embodied, you know, with your feelings and your emotions of that, yeah, that’s in here, but don’t let it control you. That’s the problem that I see so often with people. They give in to their urges, their cravings. You know, I was talking about in Chapter 45 when I got sober from the cocaine and all the other stuff I was into. We were in Mortal Kombat for about a year, you know, I knew I wanted to stay sober. I knew I was done with that lifestyle, but I’m getting all these cravings and urges because this sucker wanted the dopamine from the cocaine, and we were battling every day for about a year. Well, the good news is, and I had this insight yesterday I or Saturday, I did an appointment with this guy who’s he was in a recovery, and I said, I’ve been sober now it’s going on 37 years, but after the first year, I’ve never really wanted it again. I’ve never thought about, I don’t think about getting high like I used I was obsessed with getting high at one point. Now I don’t, because I retrained the body. But see, we gotta understand what’s going on with this body. It’s almost like, it’s almost like a two year old, three year old, you know how they’re into everything. You gotta train it. Or a puppy, you gotta trade it, not to be eating everything and pooping everywhere. And that, that’s her job. But we but you are your body, or no, your body is yours, but you’re not your body. Eckhart Tolle talks about that you’re you’re not your body, your feelings, your emotions. You’re more than your pure consciousness. And I’m going to say we’re pure divinity squeezed into this meat and blood thing, and we forget it all, and then we just live our lives like we’re animals. I am not an animal. There’s a movie that who came from So play with this concept with yourself. See if your body is controlling things. How attached Are you? You know, bu said, the root of all suffering comes from attachment. Well, when we’re so attached to this body, you know, I’m going through a lot of stuff as I get older, tick, tick, tick. You know, time’s running out and all that and that. But if you’re attached to this body, and I’m going to say something, it’s going to sound crazy to you guys. Probably I can’t wait to die get out of this body, but I’m in no hurry, because I still got work to do to be free. And if you read Anita marjanis book, you’ll see what that freedom is going to look like from her perspective, of course. But I’ve read other near death experiences, and they’re all very similar, that love and peace and interconnectedness and no worries and mansion, imagine waking up every day without a worry, and. World. That’s what our life’s going to be like in the next realm. And that’s what’s happening here. The fall of Adam is getting fixed as we as I speak right now, and we’re going to get back into this homo Spiritus lifestyle. It’s going to be a long time, so don’t think it’s coming by Saturday. Alright, listen. Love you guys. I’ll be doing the new another Kabbalah class in a day or two. So I’ll be sharing that, check that out, and I’m doing these classes to just offer you another metaphysical system, a way of looking at this reality, which totally makes sense to me. But we’ll see what you guys think. Alright, God bless. Love you guys. Bye.
