Video Summary

Eli discusses the pervasive and paralyzing impact of fear, comparing it to a virus that keeps individuals trapped. He argues that fear is often fueled by negative thoughts and can prevent confrontation of significant issues. Eli emphasizes that fear lowers one’s vibration and separates individuals from higher consciousness, citing examples like Gandhi and the current global conflicts. He suggests using anger or other strategies to counteract fear, advocating for trust in a higher power. Hola, Good morning. Happy December 1. Yes, we’re in December hibernation time. Eli’s enjoying his cave here at home. I do that every starting in probably after Thanksgiving. I don’t go out much. We this is the time to recharge like the bears knew. Okay, we’re part of that, so let’s not forget that. Alright, let’s talk about a topic that I’m writing about next time for my next chapter, chapter 47 in the book. Let’s talk about fear. And I really have been processing a lot, contemplating what fear does to us. And I think it’s like a virus. You know, fear keeps us paralyzed, and what creates fear is your thoughts, your boogeyman, thoughts. You know, I’ve been going through this a lot lately, the things we’re afraid of, and this is what I think, and this is my opinion. So you know, you guys don’t get crazy on me if you can’t confront your partner, your spouse, your sibling, your co worker because of your fears, your boogeyman, thoughts about what’s going to happen. How are you going to confront the bigger issues in your life, in the world? You know, look at, look at, like Gandhi, what he did, he he changed the whole country. He didn’t let fear get in the way. But fear is a very low vibration. And I saw a really interesting post yesterday on Facebook. I shared it on the ELI page that I thought was serendipity, showing up at the right time. Talked about how alcohol lowers your vibration, which it does, and it makes you susceptible to spirits coming in, whether whatever kind of spirits they’re talking about, fear lowers your vibration too. You know, on Doctor Hawkins map of consciousness, fear is near the bottom. Okay, so it’s not a very conscious place to live because you’re always looking for the boogeyman everywhere around you. One of the things that I do when I see I know that the Creator loves me. I know that my life is already planned for me. Okay? I trust that 1,000,000% so what makes me get afraid of things? It’s when I lose my connection with the Creator. I’m listening to the little voice in there, that little parrot. So what I’ve learned to do is, when I get that thought something to be afraid of, I use anger. Now you don’t have to use anger. You can use love or other things, but it’s almost like I’m talking to somebody, because it feels like I am. Because I know I don’t have these fears. I totally trust the universe on my good days, and I have a lot of good days, but when I’m afraid of things like, you know, I’ve been writing about, I’ve had some medical problems recently, and this is temporary, right? This little thing that we live in, it’s not going with us when we ascend. It’s it’s staying behind in this lower 3d reality, but fear will use anything to keep you in fear, whether it’s your health, your wealth, is your partner cheating on you? Are you going to lose your job? All these things that we get feared about control us and think about that. Does it help you? Does it allow you to stand up for what you want to believe in? Does it allow you to be free? You know, I put, I put that post up yesterday on Eli’s page. Like fear is your mortal enemy, and it really is. Look what fear does in the world. Fear, you know, people murder because of fear. People have wars because of fear. Fear is definitely not an emotion that works with us in life, in this reality, and a lot of it isn’t real we created in our heads. You know, think about, just take a minute, a second, think about things you’re afraid of. You know, is it real? Okay? But more importantly, when you drink the Kool Aid of fear, how does it affect your life? It keeps you in that little box. It keeps you small and see, that’s what the other side you know, in Kabbalah Judaism, we call it the Satan, the other side that’s working with the Creator. People think they’re two separate entities. They it’s a team, okay? Because the creator is in charge of everything here. He’s not allowing this other side to be there without a reason. And for me, when the. Fear takes over. I know temporarily I lose my connection with the Creator, because I know the creator’s got our back. Okay, does it always look like that? You know, I’ve been through some stuff that I’m thinking, where you at now, God, but I know it’s, it’s got our back, but see, we lose that connection. And I think that’s what fear does. It separates us from the Creator, whatever you believe in, you know, higher consciousness. I don’t care what you guys call it, your higher self, but it separates us. We’re not one anymore. It creates separation, like countries. You know, look what’s going on with Russia, with this crazy war that’s been going on for 90 years, for God’s sakes. It’s all about separation. Separate. Fear is separation. Consciousness. You’re over there, I’m over here. I gotta protect what I got. I’m afraid of you. So now I’m going to buy guns. I’m going to buy armaments to protect myself. So I’ve been really playing with this idea of fear lately, and how what it cost us, and guys and gals, I hear it my office all the time. Okay? I want to jump out of my chair half the time. It’s not real, but you believe it’s real? Okay? Now, is there a function of fear? Yeah, you don’t want to be walking around like a four year old, running in traffic and doing things. There’s some things that fear guides us with, but not a lot. It’s mostly it prevents us from being our true, authentic selves, from doing what we’re here to do, our soul, you know, all kinds of it holds us back. It paralyzes us. And it handcuffs us. So if you start thinking about fear in this way, and then find something to counteract it, like I use my anger, basically, I say, shut up, leave me alone, like I’m talking to somebody, because it feels like I am talking to somebody. There’s somebody there messing with me in my ear, you know? What about this? What about that? And before you know it, I’m paralyzed. What you know, let’s put our faith in something greater than ourselves, whatever you guys believe it. I call him Hashem, the name and Judaism, whatever you believe in, God’s always got our back. The Creator is covering us because the creator’s got a plan here. Okay, it sees the big picture. We only see that much of what’s going on. But when you’re paralyzed by fear, paranoia, things like that, nothing’s going to change in the world, as long as fear is running the show. We tolerate things, we settle for, things, we put up with, things, you know, working with couples, especially when I can tell the relationship is not really healthy, okay, but the fear takes over. I can’t leave because of this and that. And yeah, it’s scary, but trust something greater than this little mind of yours, this little parrot that’s talking you in here. Take that risk. You know, Brene Brown talks about vulnerability, risk, uncertainty and emotional exposure, okay? And I love her. There’s a talk she does on you, not YouTube, Netflix. It’s called a call to courage. And this lady has studied vulnerability, up and left and right in that and but I think the vulnerability is to surrender to something greater than us. Okay, don’t let the ego guide you, you know, edging God out the ego, right? So play with this concept. See what it does. See how fear holds you back. And then yell at it, scream at it, get out of here. I’m not listening to you. You don’t own me. You know, I was talking to my friend Frankie yesterday about this, and I said it’s almost like fear makes sense. It’s B, B, I T, C, H, I don’t want to be it’s B, okay, but fear will do that. It controls us, but it’s tied into keeping us disempowered. You know, on the Hawking scale of consciousness, when you move up to the higher levels, you become more and more empowered above 200 he says, well, fear is that 100 to 125 so you don’t have a lot of power there, if you’re letting fear guide your life take over. Is it a real feeling? Yeah, because thoughts create chemicals in the body, which we call feelings. That’s Joe Dispenza work. Read his book breaking the habit of being yourself. You all understand this better if you get to find the time to do that. So it does create these chemicals, but when I use the anger, say, Get out of here, leave me alone, it’s almost like, and they’ll back off. I could feel it. It’s like, I’m done with that. I’m not I’m not listening to you, but he comes back. It’s like, very seductive. You know, it’s because it knows our buttons. It’ll use them, you know, things you’re afraid of, confrontation, medical issues, losing your job, you know, not being. Be able to support yourself in a new relationship or getting out. It uses all that, but I think in the long run, it is God’s helpmate. It uses that to get us to surrender to the higher power, more like they say in AA, alright, so chew on this. And next Sunday, we’re doing a one day psycho drama, December 8, if you guys want to come and volunteer and check it out or support the people that are working. And I guarantee you the three people working next Sunday, their fear is going to be talking them out of it, because fear doesn’t want us to be empowered. It wants to keep us barefoot and pregnant down on the farm. Don’t give into that. All right. Enjoy your day. Love you guys. God bless you.
