Video Summary
Eli announced a Shadow Work psychodrama class scheduled for February 2, where participants will explore and act out their hidden “shadow” parts. These parts, such as vulnerable, needy, and ditzy, are typically repressed but can cause issues if not addressed. By embodying these parts, individuals can make them conscious, reduce shame, and improve their lives. Eli shared positive feedback from previous participants who felt more liberated and energized. He emphasized the importance of acknowledging these parts to free oneself from the negative effects of repression. Interested individuals can contact Eli for more information.

Video Transcript
Hola Eli is back. It was a wild ride, you guys, I think I said last video, I had surgery, and then right after Christmas, I got whatever bug was going around for about two and a half weeks, kicked my booty, but I am back and ready to rock and roll. And I want to say hi to you guys, especially the new people. So today I want to talk about psycho drama, Shadow Work. This is something that we put together a few months ago, and we’re going to be doing a a class on February 2. That’s a Sunday at 945 we’re going to do three people, three, not two, that are going to work on their shadow parts. So how this works is they come in and we develop eight to 10 parts of themselves that they hide either from themselves or from us. They don’t want anybody to see it, right? And then once we develop that or discover that, I sit down, and that’s what I’ve been doing the last couple days, because I’m off this week, and I come up with scenes or vignettes where they can act out that part. Okay, so we’ve got vulnerable part, a needy part, bad mom part, we’re going to do ditzy part, scared part. So these are parts of ourself that what Carl young calls we put them in the shadow bag. Now the problem is, it takes energy to keep the bag down, so repression, and you don’t have that energy for your life. The other problem is, they don’t always stay down. They can sneak out the back door and cause havoc in our life. Hence, Dateline episodes, you can get somebody that’s looks normal, acts normal, and all that, and then all of a sudden they’re starting to act this stuff out so it can come out the back door. You don’t want that to happen when they act them out. Of course, we have volunteers there. Everybody’s going to see how they do it now, here’s, here’s what I came up with for this. They will totally embody these parts. Be the part that’s all they’re going to be. I’m going to be my ditzy part, or my needy part, or my clingy part. So I’m going to be a Klingon. Okay? So you don’t hold back. You go for gold, right? And by embodying it, you make it more conscious, number one and number two, you expose yourself to the people in the room to show them what a needy person you are, what a ditzy person you are. And it, it eliminates the shame. Now, I messaged a lady yesterday because I know I was going to do this video. She did one at the last workshop and her her word for this work was liberating. She’s a lot more liberated and free because she doesn’t have to hide this like playing Whack a Mole all the time, because she’s not ashamed of this stuff anymore. Now this doesn’t mean you act out these parts all the time in your life. I had an a hole part that I worked on years ago, and if somebody would confront me say, you know, you’re such an a hole, I would get so defensive and feel ashamed in that so once I finally acknowledged it, known it, and embodied it. I got it my holster. He helps me in life if I need to be an a hole, but I’m not hiding him anymore. And Carl Young says you have to make the unconscious conscious, otherwise it stays underneath, destroying things, creating problems in our life, etc, etc. So if you can acknowledge it that they’re there, you’re going to be a lot more free. Isn’t this cool? So when people come to do this work, or if you guys come to volunteer, and I highly recommend checking this work out, folks, that’s why I wanted to do this video, because we’re doing it next Sunday, it’ll give you the you’ll be able to relate to some of their parts, by the way, because everybody has similar parts that we’re ashamed of in that but you’ll get a chance to see how the work works, and who’s ever there that’s done it before? We’ve had, I think, six or seven people that have done this work, and they’ve all gotten back to me and talked about the improvements in their life in different ways, how it’s helped them. Like the lady feeling more liberated, one lady feels a lot more energized and calm, because see, when you’re walking around having to hide all this stuff, you’re hyper vigilant. You’re on guard. Well, do it? You don’t give a darn. Sees it make sense. Isn’t that cool? And I know there’s different forms of shadow work in that, but I’m Eli is all about being in body, being in his body. We got this body for a reason, okay? And if you can be it embodied, not just in your head, but in your whole body. It takes it to another level. And you’d have to try to know what I’m talking about, but try it at home or with your friends. If you got a part of you that you’re ashamed of you want to hide, just act it out a little bit and see how it feels. Just totally be that part. Okay? And you’ll notice a difference, okay, because we don’t have to hide it anymore. So if you guys are free on February 2, like I said, we start at 945 we’ll probably go to round four. I’ve invited a lot of people to come and support the work and witness it that have done other psycho drama. The other psycho drama stuff is powerful too, but this has got something different. So there’s, it’s similar to what we do when we do the parts party, where people identify eight or nine parts of themselves. But that’s focus is different. Because what you want to do there is you want to get those parts to back off. Well this one, you want to embody them, include them in your unconscious, in your conscious mind from your unconscious mind. So the shadow bag gets empty because you’re totally conscious of all these parts. So it’s really cool work. And if you’re interested, get a hold of me our numbers on the website, or you can text me My cell phone is area code, 21961606, 96160619, and just text me, tell me your name and you’re interested in doing it. I’ll get back to you on that. And just give it a shot, because the shame that goes into shadow work hiding things well, the shame is a lower vibrational emotion, as Doctor Hawkins talks about it, okay, and it holds your consciousness down. Let’s get rid of as much shame as we can. And, you know, let that stuff go so our consciousness can go up. But if you don’t release the shame, and this work helps with dealing with your shame, because I set up scenes where they’re you know, they’re going to be ashamed of things they did, like one lady working on the second she was not nice to her pets growing up, and when she told me that, you can see the look in her face, she was ashamed. Telling me that I didn’t judge her, it’s like knowing her upbringing, I understood why she was doing it, not that it makes it right. So at the workshop, we’re going to have her hurting fake animals. Okay, let’s stuff the animals in that just for her to own. It more. So think about it. Check it out. And I’ll be doing more videos I haven’t written in over a month, so I’m going to be starting that up. I’m waiting for the chapter 48 to come about. I’ve got some ideas already, but I don’t push this. I just wait for the energy to flow and it just writes itself. And I’ll be doing probably the pineal meditation again. I’ve been playing with this idea of doing it once a month, once the weather comes down, because, you know, like today, it’s really cold out again, so I’ll probably be doing it once a month at the office. So I’ll keep you guys posted on that. That’s a great meditation. The trick with that is, once you learn it, you can come and do in a group, because it’s more powerful usually, but you can learn it, so you can do it at home when you got time, it’s, it’s a trippy meditation, one of my favorites. Alright, so Shadow Work is us, and we’re doing it February 2. So come and watch. Check it out. Folks. Love you.
