Hola, happy Tuesday, how are you guys? Tree of Life is growing. I had to sit outside today. It’s so lovely here in Northwest Indiana, little traffic. Eyes are better. Oh, my God. I have my cataracts done. I see clearly now, so I’m going to keep these off. It’s amazing. I certainly buy photos, but man, the clarity you don’t realize. You know, as you get older, how your eyes the lenses get all cataract in that, or whatever it’s called. Well, once they put new lenses in, it’s like I got 20 year old eyes now. So today I wanted to talk about something that my brother and I have been doing for people for many, many years. Whatever job you’re working in career, it’s gotta match your soul essence, because your soul knows what it’s here to do. It came in with a job. Unfortunately, many of us don’t listen to that. That’s why I call it the ELI effect, right? Trust, trust the inner guidance for your career. And so we you this came from our work with Doctor Hawkins, where we use muscle testing applied kinesiology, and we we simply ask it this way, how much of Tom’s soul essence is involved working as a therapist. Let’s say the good news is mine is 100% I was born about therapist, okay? My brother, the same thing, is an addiction counselor. We’ve calibrated him. He’s at 100% so we got blessed to follow whatever that guidance was, to do, what our soul was here to do, and that’s why we haven’t worked in years, because we love what we do. So I posted something on Facebook that Tim and I do this, and I had a bunch of hits from people. They’re curious. And it’s not that it takes work, but it’s, you know, we gotta organize this. So what we’re going to do on our web page is my buddy Steve is going to put something on there, a little button, hopefully with this video. And if you want us to do it, we are asking for a small donation to cover our psychodrama, psycho drama Scholarship Fund, because a lot of people that do that can’t afford the $150 so you could just donate on there, and then it goes into the fun, and everybody’s happy with that, but it’s a real simple thing. We just asked that question. So here’s the problem. I’ve worked with many people who were bored or apathetic about their jobs, and so I said, Well, let’s calibrate it. 18% 20% I you know, 32% ideally, ideally, you want it to be close to 100 if not 100 because that’s matching what your soul essence is here to do. And a lot of us forget about that. Nobody tells us this when we’re growing up, you know, I I’ve got three careers. I was a mailman for four and a half years when I was a young puppy, before I went back to college, that calibrated at 22% horrible, horrible. I couldn’t wait to get out of there after a while. Then, when I moved back from Colorado, I was looking for a part time job to get my as I was getting my practice going again. So I got a job at a hospice and did not like it lasted for four days and I I resigned. I said, guys, I don’t want to do this. Well, we calibrated that. It was 56% so it wasn’t as horrible as the 22 but I was used to 100 working as a therapist, I’m working on 100% all of my essence. That’s your soul, your essence, your spark, should be involved in what you’re doing. Otherwise, you don’t have much meaning or purpose. You’re just going through the motions. I had a friend that was a truck driver for years, and he wanted to be a lawyer when he was young, but there was no support to do that, and he retired finally, but he was unhappy the whole time he did that. Well, we did the calibrations as a lawyer, he would have calibrate. He did calibrate at 100% he was born to do law as a truck driver. It was like 17% Well, no wonder he didn’t like that. Now here’s the rub with this whole thing. And I’ve got a friend that is looking to she’s in her 50s now, and she’s just not feeling it anymore what she’s been doing in her career. So we’re going to calibrate her. But will she have the courage to make a 180 turn, because that’s what sometimes is required, you know, to get out of what you’re doing, etc, or stay in your career and find something more meaningful and purposeful, okay, like figure out something else to do. But here I read a wonderful. Quote on one of my Kabbalah pages on Facebook a couple of weeks ago. I forget the rabbi’s name, but he said, each and every one of us is an integral part of the design here, the grand design. So you know, whether you’re this part of the engine or that part of the engine or that part of the car, whether you’re a muffler or an oil pan, everybody’s job here is essential for the grand designer. And when we don’t do that, the price we pay is empathy, boredom. You know, we distract ourselves with stuff, 3d stuff. Addictions come from this, I believe, overeating, you know, buying houses that aren’t going to fill that void. Because your soul, when it’s not being actualized at 100% you’re missing out on so much is it doesn’t that make sense. So when you’re doing stuff that your soul really isn’t here to do, you’ll you can do it, like many people do, but you won’t have that spark, that excitement. You know, when I go to work every day to the office, it’s like Christmas. I get there early. I like to meditate, maybe read a little bit that, but I look so forward to it. So many people dread Monday mornings when they got to go back to work, because they’re probably not tapping into their soul essence. Okay? Nobody told us this. You know, I thank God for Rabbi Joel, all this stuff that I learned from him about soul and soul essence and your purpose in that. And Victor Frankel talks a lot about that finding meaning and purpose and what what you’re doing. And it doesn’t have to be like curing cancer or saving the world or anything like that. It’s every day you wake up, you feel meaningful, you feel purposeful. You know you’re doing your part to make the engine run properly. When you’re not, you’re slowing down the grand designer’s plans. That makes sense. So if you guys are interested, keep a look out on the web page, and you can contact us, like I said, make a small donation and or message email us, or a message me on Facebook, and that my brother’s in Florida now. He’ll be back soon, so my niece Bridget’s got the house to herself. She’s all excited her and the two kids. She’s a homeowner for two weeks, but when he gets back and it doesn’t like I said, it doesn’t take long, but I need some specific information from you so we can do it with calibrating stuff. You gotta be real specific. You can’t you can’t be too global with your question, okay, and so that’s why we developed the question, how much of Tom’s soul essence is is being actualized as a as a therapist? That’s the question we ask that’s very specific, or lawyer or doctor, or, you know, mechanic, whatever it is, and then we go from there. So stay posted. We’ll do this all right. Enjoy your day. Love you guys. Thanks for following bye, bye, bye.
