Hola, happy Thursday, how are you guys look at my tree of life is blooming around me. Summer is upon us. Beautiful day out here, Northwest Indiana. So I have an idea I want to share with you guys that about the psychodrama coffin work. We’re doing that workshop, the first one, the our maiden voyage, on Sunday, June 22 at 10am so if you’re interested, you want to see it, we’ve got the coffin at work, and we invite people to lay in it. And I’m kind of keeping the statistics in my head, it’s about 5050, which I find interesting. 50% can get right in. Feel a little weird, some of them, and the other 50% no freaking way. So whatever that’s about. Hey, we’re going to be in there someday. Anyway, we might as well get used to it, you know. So yesterday, I was talking to my brother, and then when I hung up, I had this idea. I think a lot of people’s souls are already in the coffin waiting for the body to show up. What I mean by that is, if you’re not stimulating your soul, living its purpose, bringing joy, living your dreams, etcetera, etcetera. Half of you is already dead anyway. We just, you know, we just gotta get your body in there to make the connection. And when I, I was telling Tim, we were talking about a couple of our dear friends, and we see that with them, okay? And it’s heartbreaking, because they’re already in that damn thing. You know, they’re putting up with bad relationships or poor careers or just eking out in existence every day. You know, I’m blessed in many ways. I discovered my sole purpose in my early 20s, and I’ve been rocking and rolling it for the last 50 years, when I get up in the morning, I’m so excited. It’s like Christmas every morning, because I know what I’m here to do, and I get to go do it now, no matter what’s going on in the world around me, politics, etc, all the craziness and that, I have a rudder to my ship that drives me right through all the craziness. Yeah, I noticed it. But it’s not like bringing my shit down, because I got my purpose, which for me, is raising the consciousness on the planet, one person at a time. So when I go into the office, that’s my focus. When I walk out this door here every morning that is in my mind, I actually remind myself some days. Okay, we’re going to raise soul levels today. Because what we learned from Doctor Hawkins, beautiful work, if you raise your consciousness level, you’re affecting a lot of people on the planet. You know, it’s like people want to know, how can we help our brothers and sisters out there? This, to me, is one way to do it. Oh, there goes. A lady walking by. Y’all the walkers are here now. I keep seeing them walk by. So how do you wake people up? That’s the million dollar question. You know, I’ve been reading Mel Robbins book The let them theory, which I highly, highly recommend. I’ve learned a lot from that lady’s research in that and she’s got a great chapter, and they’re on motivating people. Her basic suggestion is, shut up. What? So if you want somebody to quit drinking, lose weight and all that, the more you harp at them, their literal brain shuts off. There’s a neuroscientist guy in there. She quotes that. He said, that’s what happens. Her suggestion, and I’ve said this one for years, lead by example, inspire people. The other part is when somebody you know goes to an AA meeting or goes to the gym, if their partners or friends compliment the hell out of them. Oh, I’m so proud of you in that, because we all like to be applauded, right? Our egos, but that’s one way. But other than that, shut your mouth, because if they’re not ready, no matter how how logical you can be, and you know, and I get this in my office all the time from somebody who’s partner needs to do this or do that. Save your breath. Okay? And she also talks about it creates more resistance. So what you’re wanting, you’re, they’re they’re doing this if you quit pushing now, they got nothing to resist. So who knows, maybe go off to the gym or to an AA meeting. But the example you can lead here will create envy in people, and she’s got a great section on envy and comparison and that, yeah, you’ll stir up other people’s envy, because why is he doing it? Why is she doing it, and I’m not doing it. So some people will use that to be motivated. Other people want to crucify you, like they did Jesus on a envy. This. Kill you. You know you’re reminding me of what I could be doing, what I should be doing, what I should look like, who I should be with, okay, envy is a great motivator, if you know how to use it. So if you guys get a chance, I want everybody to read her book. Okay, I get nothing out of this, but great wisdom to share, share with you guys from her book. But that’s the problem we run into. Well, a lot of people are already in that coffin. Their soul is because they’re not, you know, my soul needs stimulation. It’s like a it’s like a plant or a flower. It needs sunshine, it needs watering. If I, you know, like I love to learn, I love to read. I love to experience new things. I created a huge bucket list over the years, and it’s still getting growing, getting bigger and bigger, but my soul requires that, otherwise, it’s Groundhog Day. And you know, if you saw that movie Bill Murray until he woke up in the movie at the end, was just miserable, and that’s what I’m saying. So Bill wasn’t in the coffin yet, but his soul was until he figured out what would stimulate his soul, which, in the movie shows, helping people, and then his soul and he reconnected. You know, I had an experience before I moved to Colorado, in 2004 I could tell I was going through the motions here. It was almost like my soul had already left for Colorado, living in Woodland Park. I had to go meet it. And when I connected with my soul there, I came back to life. So I can relate to this problem. You know, I was going through the motions here, but I knew my soul was supposed to or my body was supposed to join my soul. If I hadn’t moved guys, I would have lived with regret the rest of my life, and I just was reading Joseph Campbell’s book, his chapter on, if you don’t answer the hero’s call, how devastating it can be. And a lot of people have it. So if you listen to this, just ask yourself, are you really stimulating your soul every day, or is it in the coffin waiting for you to get in with it? And if the answer is yes, get some help. Find a mentor teacher. Whatever you gotta do, get busy living or get busy dying. That’s her choice. It comes down to those two. I’ve been busy living. My brother Tim’s been busy living. A lot of people are busy dying. They don’t even know their souls are already waiting for them in that coffin. Alright, have a good day. Hopefully we’ll see some of you on June 22 I’m doing another pineal meditation on Wednesday, July 9, at seven. If anybody’s interested, I did it last night. We didn’t have a great turnout the first time, the place was packed, so I’m going to do a third one. And you know, if there’s not a lot of interest, I’m going to shut it down again, but we’ll see. You know, I’ll try anything once. Sometimes I tried sushi three times. Oh, for three Not a fan. All right, love you guys. Take care. Enjoy your weekends. Bye, bye. You.
