Hola Happy Saturday. How are you guys little toasty here in Northwest Indiana, it’s about 94 degrees out. We got a pool right next door here. I think I’m going to go take a dip. What I’ve done with this video, just to get this body working. So I want to share a little bit more from chapter 33 about why it’s so difficult to change and what we therapists go through. And I’ll read the one of the paragraphs, and I’ll flesh it out a little bit for you guys. So here’s how it reads. I also get new new clients permission to calibrate their consciousness level. If they are below 200 I may not work with them unless I sense a deep motivation for change. Dr Hawkins scale of consciousness says that people below 200 have little empowerment inside discerning This has enabled me to lower my frustration level, because I realize they are stuck in park and may not have what’s needed to drive if they calibrate unwillingness, which is from 310, to 349, or above, I know there is a greater chance that they will be able to do what is necessary to change their lives. Though there is no guarantee, the odds are much higher if they’re at 310, or higher. I use the word discernment rather than judgment, because there’s no judging with the person’s consciousness level. It’s like skin color or religion. It is what it is, so we either accept it or reject it. I explain this to new clients, so they understand what is needed to make changes and why, why it will feel daunting for the lower calibrated ones. Hopefully this will help them to get more motivated enough to stay on the course most therapists I’ve known, known, know little about Hawkins scale of consciousness. This is a great guide for understanding the difficulties have. What we want, want to help them change. It also elucidates why we watch so many people in our lives settle for less than what they have or what they deserve. Without this scale, I was so frustrated with people’s lack of motivation. Now I can use it to motivate them if they’re open to its implications. Everyone is capable of change if they understand all the obstacles to doing it. This is why I feel like a teacher as much as a therapist in my office. So the reason I wanted to share this paragraph is something unique that most therapists that I know don’t do, but I believe in Hawkins scale so deeply. So when I get a new client, I get their permission, their first session, to do their consciousness calibration, and whatever that number is, that’s kind of kind of go into my work with that, my treatment plan, things like that. But if they’re below 200 I’m not very optimistic, because I know it’s hard when you’re low, because they don’t have that empowerment, they don’t have that push, that drive, that discipline. They want to change. I know they do. They hope they can change. But when you’re below 200 it’s like you’re under the water and you can’t get your head above water at all. Recently, I had a client who learned rebirthing about three months ago, maybe a little longer. And to date, she’s done at least 30 rebirthing sessions. And so Thursday, my brother Tim and I calibrated. How much has her consciousness gone up since she did 30 sessions of rebirthing, 150 points. That’s like three levels. And the reason why that works, I believe, is because we’re holding so much gunk in our emotional body or mental body, or etheric body or physical body, and that’s what rebirthing focuses on, and that stuff that you’re holding in there keeps you from ascending to higher levels of consciousness. I know Joe Dispenza in his book breaking the habit of being yourself. He talks about it a little differently. He says the lower three chakras are loaded with gunk from your past, which keeps people in survival mode. So for those that want to go into the higher chakras, they can’t stay there very long, because most of their energy is being drained by those lower three chakras. But what he says is, when you do the healing work, or he does a lot of meditation work, you clear out that gunk down there, and you get your chakras realigned so you can ascend to the higher levels. And I do see a little parallel between Hawkins scale of consciousness and what Joel’s talking about with consciousness levels, because the higher chakras you’re you’re more aware, you’re more present, you’re more conscious when you’re in those bottom. Three, you’re just like a dog barking at the door, because most of your energy is being pulled down there. So if you guys know people that are looking for help, or yourself and that what you make an appointment, just know that I’m going to ask that question. The first appointment I had a young lady, and today, a new gal, young she’s and I was so proud of her. She’s starting to work on herself at a very young age, and I got her okay to calibrate her, so I’ll do it before I see her again again. This doesn’t I don’t use this to cut people out, but it helps me discern where they’re at, and are they really that motivated that they’re going to be able to push through this and move forward. I’ve seen this for years, folks. I’ve got some people in my life that are close to me, and I know where their consciousness levels at, and they don’t do much, they don’t change much, because they don’t have that personal power inside to do that, especially the ones that are below 200 and you can talk to them till you’re blue in the face, and they hear it. They get it. They want it. But when it comes time to start the car, they got no car battery. They’re just stuck and drive. And that sucks for people, and it breaks my heart. So keep this in mind, your consciousness level determines a lot about how how willing and how able you will be to change. You can have the desire to change, but if you’re stuck down in those lower levels, it’s going to be really hard. Doesn’t mean it’s hopeless, okay, just means you really got to want it bad, like when you start losing weight, you know, and the body is overweight that you want to start but, you know, it gets tiring after a while. Well, if you don’t have that stamina, that empowerment inside, ain’t gonna last very long. You go back to being the same way to get in about three months. So keep that in mind. The other thing, I’m doing a rebirthing class tomorrow at the office at 1030 so anybody catches this, you want to come and learn it. The fees, only $20 and then you can do it on your home, practicing like my client, for some reason, and she was already calibrating and willingness. So I knew she could could do this stuff, and because she was so willing, caught up 150 elevator floors, she’s almost at the top now. All right, enjoy your weekend. God bless you guys. Talk to you soon. Bye, bye. You.
