Hola Happy Tuesday, Eli is off this week, so catching up on my life and oh my god, I wanted to tell you guys this first off of Rabbi Joel’s widow shared a video last night. I watched part of it this morning. It’s called Torah simulation theory. I had to quit watching after 30 minutes. It was so mind blowing, so I shared it on my page, on Facebook and on the ELI page. It’s about 70 minutes, so take some time. But it’s just mind blowing. And this Rabbi that did the talk is so knowledgeable, I can tell. I mean, he’s spewing off stuff like I try to do like from his memory, but we are in a simulation. I’ve said for years, we’re avatars here. We don’t know we’re avatars, but science is starting to figure this stuff out. Good news is torah already knew this. It’s in the Torah, you just got to get the right guy to dig it out for you. So today I want to talk about triggers. I’m not talking about triggers on a gun, although it feels like that sometime. Where do triggers come from? What triggers us and I had breakfast this morning with my a dear friend of mine, Mr. Bernie, and Bernie and I were talking about this. Most of our triggers come from the past. Stuff that you’ve kept inside you don’t even know what’s in there. Joe Dispenza said you don’t want your present moment to be informed by your past? Well, if you don’t heal your past, your present and your future will be affected by what happened to you as a kid, or, you know, young adult in that most people get triggered and they don’t know where it’s coming from when something happens, a curveball, we’ll call it on a scale of one to 10. It should be a one, maybe one and a half, if it’s a lot higher than that, look back there. My rebirthing teacher, Bob Frisell, had a favorite quote. He said, We’re never upset for the reasons we think we are. Isn’t that amazing? And I agree with that totally. Because if this is going on right now and I’m acting all crazy meshugana, look back there, and that’s why I posted something on Sunday on the psychodrama page. If you’ve done one cycle drama, if you’ve been brave enough to do one, that is just the beginning. There’s more to do. It’s almost like the first one you you clear out the fringes of your gunk. The more you do, you go deeper and deeper into the gunk until the gunk is clear. And I know it’s hard for people, because psychodrama takes a lot of courage and guts and willpower in that, and that’s what I put on there. I did it for seven years, and I love the results. So because I rarely get triggered by anything, whether I’m, you know, helping at psycho drama, directing the thing and life and that. And people are always asking me, What? What’s the secret heal? Get that gunk out, because your triggers come from your past, the majority of them. Isn’t that amazing. Think about that for a minute. We’re never upset for the reasons we’re thinking we are. Yeah, this person triggered us. And I always see these great quotes on Facebook about triggers our friends, triggers show us where we’re no longer free in our life, or not free at all. So triggers are a gift, but you got to clean out the gunk, and the triggers die down. And I see so many people. That’s why Bernie and I were talking this morning, and he asked me, Do I get frustrated? I said I used to, but I realize how many people have not done their healing work. And you know, this isn’t about doing tai chi or yoga net, okay, this is mud work. You know, if you’re doing a modality, let us calibrate it, because psychodrama calibrates, I think at 540 on the Hawkins scale of consciousness, that’s really high. Same thing with rebirthing. It’s really high. You do that breath work. And I think I mentioned last time I talked this lady that’s done at least 30. She’s into the 30s now her consciousness level one up 150 points. So whatever you’re doing, make sure you test it to make sure it’s working. Yeah, it may feel good. I know I’ve done Tai Chi yoga. It feels good. Get that Gumby going, but it really doesn’t get into the emotional or mental body or the etheric body deeply you. Because we’re conscious. See, when we do these workshops, people are kind of unconscious. They’re back in the scene. They’re not in the present moment, so they can clean it out and redo it and make it right this time. But I know there’s a lot of what Jeff Brown calls spiritual bypassers. Everybody wants to stick a crystal up your notes and think that’s going to help. Okay, I wish it worked. I tried it. It doesn’t work, but the deep work. Why do I preach on this? Why am I so passionate about this? Look out here at this world. Okay, can you see the chaos, the craziness, the generational stuff that gets passed on. You know, I’ve been a therapist for 44 plus years. I’m sick and tired of it. Will somebody turn around and face it? And we do get people that do that, okay, but they’re far in between. We’re doing the psychodrama next month, August, 4 and 11th, but we’ve got two people that are doing their fourth ones. I’m so proud of them, because they’re going for the deep dive, not just that first cycle drama. Oh, I’m done. I don’t need it anymore. I wish right, cuz there’s gunk in there, guys. But the triggers, if you get triggered by anything, more likely there’s stuff in the past that came up. Okay? Subconsciously, it’s almost like you’re living in the past, and that’s the hardest thing to get through to clients. Most of them are letting their past inform their present, control their present, and that’s the way to live. I want to be fully present. I don’t want to be going back there four times a day. Okay? For what it doesn’t it’s over. But the emotions, the mental stuff, is still in there, if you haven’t dealt with it and face it, you know, shoot it. So Eli is about the red pill, not the blue pill, right? And that’s what Torah teaches so I Rabbi Joel talk so much about the Matrix movie, because the Torah shows you the reality as it is. You still have to deal with it, and that’s why this video that I shared this morning about the simulation reality, and there’s a lot of science coming out backing this up. Why do we sleep? He talked about, there’s a reason for that. You know, we vow. Why do we need sleep? Well, if you don’t get enough sleep, you’ll die, right? So what’s behind that? Everything here is being affected by the there the spiritual realm. But if you’re not open to that, good luck, because you got to figure it all out, and you’re going to make stuff up, like they do. People talk about like the old philosophers, they didn’t understand the deeper meaning the spiritual realm, so they were trying to make sense out of this reality without understanding as above so below, how the above affects the below. Dimensionality, chaos theory, fractals. Wow. The the like Morpheus said to Neil, the wool has been pulled over our eyes. Let’s pull it up. Let’s lift that veil. Does it make it easier? Yes, do we still have to deal with it? Unfortunately, yes, let’s see it gives you a map for this reality again. Help You be you know, live your life more deeply, be more grateful for things. But a lot of people are so busy playing Whack a Mole because of their damn triggers, they’re stuck in the past. They don’t even know where they’re at. Isn’t that sad? I find it sad. Alright. Well, listen, have a good, happy Tuesday. Red pills coming your way if you want it. If you watch that video, it’s only 70 minutes. So think about how much time we waste watching Netflix and prime and all that stuff. Give yourself a chance just 70 minutes. See if it resonates with you. I’m going to check this Rabbi out on YouTube. I’ve never heard of him before until this morning, from Rabbi’s widow sharing that, but he sounds very knowledgeable, and he’s young, but he can quote Torah like I can quote my birthday. This guy knows things. Alright. Love you guys. Take care. Bye, bye. You.
