Hola happy, humpy day. Tree of Life is still full of leaves that’s gonna be sorry about the truck that’s gonna be changing in about a month or so. So I wanted to just tell you guys how excited I am about what we tried on Sunday at the cycle drama, the shadow work. The young lady that did it, she had 15 parts of herself that she keeps in her shadow bag. We were only able to do 11 because it took a lot longer than I thought it would, but it was amazing. And my buddy Steve recorded one of her parts, her liar part, and we put it on the website and on, you know, Eli’s page, and that’s if you guys get a chance to check it out. The good news is I told her to keep keep in touch with me, because what we know when you’re keeping stuff buried in your shadow bag, takes energy, pushing it down, keeping it there. Now it’s going to sneak out this way or that way, but you have a lot more energy. And she had texted me yesterday about what she’s noticing after two days, and she said she feels like she has a lot more energy. She doesn’t have to hold everything down all the time, because she’s owned it. She’s accepted it. And then she talked about her relationship with her child, because she worked on that in the psycho drama, and she’s become more aware of his behavior and his needs and things like that. So it’s really, it was really interesting. So if you guys get a chance, even though it’s only about, I don’t know, four or five minutes, maybe eight minutes, check it out. And if any of you are looking to do this, our next workshop is October 6 and 13th. We’re pretty full right now, but we’re going to do one again in December. And I would love, I would love, for all the people working in December to do shadow work. And you know, Eli has been around a while, learning things, experiment, experimenting with things, and that the body holds a subconscious mind. According to Joe Dispenza, I totally agree with that. Okay, and if you can release stuff that the body is holding, you’ll feel more free here. See, a lot of people want to do it just in their head, the left brain, whether it’s shadow work or reading books, etc, etc, you have to find a way to embody what you’re learning what you’re experiencing. Okay? Because then it just stays in the left brain. And you know, that’s good, although 95% of us is either subconsciously or unconsciously driven. I’d rather get into the mud, the body, and release the stuff that’s in there, and then you have more energy in your life. You know, there’s no easy way to do this. I’ve been doing this stuff for, you know, 45 years, and everybody wants the quick fix. There ain’t no quick fix. Okay, I’ve seen it. I’ve seen these people that practice this, what Jeff Brown calls, this fake spirituality, in that. And Jeff and I are all about being embodied. So if you read his one book, embodied spirituality, he talks a lot about that. He’s a little more outspoken than I am, but he’s got a right to be you’re right, because he’s frustrated like I am. Let’s get in here. Why did whoever created all this give us a body? If we’re not using it, he would have just given us a head, bunch of heads walking around on little legs. So and then the other thing we did Sunday was epic. We had a guy that worked on his life, and it was about getting his power back. So it was, it was epic watching him and a lot of the guys there that volunteered, thank thankfully. Several of them were in relationships with women who own their you know what? Okay, so, by this guy doing his work, they were able to benefit by that. So just amazing stuff. But the real cool thing was the shadow work. You know, I had never tried that before. You know, I like to try everything once, alright, just to see if it works. You know, either myself or people that are willing to volunteer and experiment with it, and the feedback that I got from her yesterday, just after two days, I can’t wait to see what it’s like next week, the freedom that she’s going to feel because the shadow parts, not that we want to manifest them. But if. You know, if you need them, they’re there. Why not? You know, Carl young talks about this, why not be whole? You have to make the unconscious and the subconscious conscious. Otherwise it does stuff behind your back. You don’t even know it’s doing and you’ll wonder why you’re getting a mess. You get in trouble. So I started chapter 38 yesterday, and the title of the chapter is, why? Why do most people have trouble using the N word? Now, it ain’t that N word. It’s no and so I’m going to be flushing that out. And then chapter 39 I’ve already come up with an idea for that projection. You know, the subconscious mind projects stuff we see. See things in people that aren’t real. You know, whether it was with our parents, that’s usually where it starts. But in relationships is where I see how deadly this could be, because I talked to so many people that they they were projecting out of the person they were this way. No, they’re not well. The bad news is the projections die down, and then you go from the fantasy relationship to the real relationship. And then you’re scratching your head, oh, my God. What did I do? And I see this all the time, what was always there, but your needs, what you need, you project onto people instead of healing your needs, dealing with your needs, don’t project it onto somebody else. You know. Don’t project me to be a guru. I’m not a guru. I’m a normal knucklehead from Cal city. But sometimes people will project stuff onto me. It’s like that. That’s not who I am. Okay? No, I’m pretty wise. I’ve learned a lot, I experienced a lot, but don’t be projecting stuff onto people, because you’re going to pay the price. And I see this all the time in relationships, especially marriages or long term relationships. I got a young client I’m working with now, total mess, and she was not seeing what was there, and the guy was showing it all along, but she was just pretending. You know, no, he’s this way, he’s that way. So it’s always good to have a person in your life that can be honest with you and say, What are you doing? But be open to that. So that’ll be coming in chapter 39 I gotta finish 38 first. I’m on a roll now that cycle drama is done. Alright, listen, have a good humpy day. God bless you guys, and really think about doing this work when we do the workshop in October and December. All right, God bless you guys. Love you.
